I’ve been using this every day for months now, it’s still solid. I know some people might assume it wouldn’t last, but mine has held up just fine

The site was simple to browse, and checkout went through without any issues. I’m kind of particular about finding size details before I buy anything, so it did take me a minute to track that info down, but overall it was a smooth experience

My checkout experience was mostly smooth. The only thing I noticed was that the payment page took a little longer to load than I expected, so I had to wait a moment. Once it came up, everything went through fine and I was able to place my order without any real issue.

I picked up a bag from totencarry the material feels really good in person. It’s got a nice thick feel to it, not that flimsy type that starts looking worn out after a few uses. The stitching also seems solid, which is something I always check now after having bags fall apart on me before. I’ve been using it for work stuff and the occasional grocery run, and it’s held up well so far. If you’re looking for something that feels durable without overthinking it, I’d say this one is worth considering...

i mean, the packaging definitely could’ve been better. The box was beat up when it arrived, but luckily the item inside was fine.

I got my tote last week, i’m impressed. I’m usually careful about buying bags online because photos can make anything look nicer than it is, but this one feels legit. The stitching is really clean, and the leather feels sturdy, not cheap or flimsy. You can tell someone actually put care into making it. I’ve been using it every day so far, and it still looks brand new.

The bag itself is totally fine and I’ll still use it, but the color was a bit different than it looked online. On the site it seemed brighter, kind of more vibrant, like a fresh pop of color, but in person it’s more muted. It’s still usable for errands, work stuff, gym clothes, groceries, or just tossing in random things, so I’m not too upset. I just thought it would look closer to the photos.

i mean, the bag looks nice and all, but it’s definitely smaller than I thought it would be. I expected to fit more of my everyday stuff in it, but it fills up fast. It’s not useless or anything, just not as roomy as I’d hoped for daily carry.

I reached out to customer service twice and didn’t get much help. The replies were slow, and when they finally answered it was basically along the lines of “we’re looking into it” or “please try again,” but nothing actually got resolved. It felt like I was just waiting around for generic responses instead of getting real support.

The bag looks fine overall, but the hardware really brings it down for me. The zippers feel a bit rough, and the clips are already feeling loose even though I’ve only used it lightly. For what it costs, I expected better quality parts. It’s not unusable, but I don’t think it feels like a great value.

It showed up later than I was expecting, which was a little frustrating. The tracking was decent though, so I could at least see where it was. Just wish it had arrived a bit sooner.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size bag from totencarry.com and reached out for a refund the next day. They took about two days to reply, so I was kind of wondering what was going on with it at first.

Once they did get back to me, the return instructions were easy enough to follow, and the money showed back up on my card about a week later. It wasn’t the fastest thing ever, but they did sort it out in the end. I’d give it 4 stars.

The price felt fair for what I got. The bag is sturdy and looks nice, not exactly high-end, but better than I expected for the cost. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but overall I would buy it again.

I was hoping this would make a nice gift, but when it arrived, it looked cheap. The quality just didn’t feel as presentable as I expected, so I wouldn’t really recommend it for gifting

I ordered a bag for a weekend trip, but the delivery window kept changing on me. The tracking wasn’t much help either, it said it was out for delivery, then basically went quiet for two days.
It finally showed up, but by then it was too late for the trip I needed it for. Customer support did reply, but they weren’t really helpful. The bag itself seems fine, but i wouldn’t count on the shipping timing...
